This form is for a club, a culture centre group, a hall, a café table or a tournament series in Katowice or a neighbouring city that is missing here, or for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, arbiters and organisers are all welcome to write.

A link helps more than anything else: a club page, a timetable, a ChessArbiter or FIDE listing, a dated post. All notes wait for the next revision, where each is held up against the page it cites; every resulting change is dated in edits and additions.

One contact of any kind is enough. It is never published and serves only for a reply, if one is needed.

After you send it

  • Notes are kept together until the next reading of the directory.
  • Each one is then compared with the club’s, centre’s or organiser’s own pages; where they bear it out, the entry is changed and the date goes into the list of edits.
  • If no page supports the note, the entry stays as it is, with its not-confirmed mark if it carries one.
  • You hear back only if you ask for a reply and leave a way to reach you.
